(Enjoyable shopping in the middle of the nature or in a beautiful city-scenery).

 

You find interesting things from the open-air markets, that are held in different towns and villages each day of the week.

A few ideas in the North of Portugal:

Monday: Espinho. The biggest market in Portugal. (near Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia).

Every other Monday: Ponte de Lima.

Tuesday:Braga

Wednesday:Amarante, Chaves, Caminha 

Every other Wednesday: Arcos de Valdevez 

Thursday:Barcelos 

Friday:Viena do Castelo,Vila do Conde,Guimarães

Saturday: Senhora da Hora(Matosinhos),Vila Nova de Cerveira, Valença 

Sunday:Bird market(Porto), Estela

Near Porto you find also outlet-shopping and many fancy shopping malls.(if you enjoy "Shopping center walks")

Luxury products you get from factory shops,small ateliers and nice boutiques; some of them in Porto downtown or Boavista/ Foz area.

(ceramics and pottery, jewels, embroideries on linen,etc)

Traditional Portuguese items and delicacies are sold in a very beautiful cozy boutique

(Vida Portuguesa) in Porto downtown;

next to the famous Lello-bookstore.(considered as one of the most beautiful bookstores in the world).

You also can make a small break between shopping. There are plenty of interesting spots to

enjoy some good  Portuguese wines;

Port wine, vinho verde....Smileand the famous Nata-cakes.
